Refund policy

At Bellatrix Castle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bellatrixxcastle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
